Lilliput is fed on the sewage of milk cows or swine by means of a mincing pump, just as with the dung of beef cattle (which is loaded once a day). The addition of hay to these wastes increases noticeably the quantity of biogas produced.

Sometimes it is possible to intervene with the addition of vegetable biomass (ryegrass, soya, triticale, sorghum, corn, molasses, alfalfa) or convert the functioning from mixed to exclusive by using even only vegetable biomass.
In the alimentation phase it is important that the mincing of the biomass and the mixing are controlled meticulously: this is possible thanks to a technology of remote control specially developed by Bluenergycontrol.

The anaerobic digestion of the material (during which process the biogas is produced) generates a byproduct which can be put back into nature in the form of natural fertiliser containing no longer nitric, but ammonia.

The maintenance (done by simple but regular interventions) is carried out directly by Bluenergycontrol or by an authorised workshop (when there is a geographical distance from the customer) thanks to a specific contract.

It is important to underline that Lilliput, in addition to producing considerable quantities of electrical energy (stimulated by the Feed-In Tariff) utilises very little of the energy produced (less than 5%) and contributes efficiently to the reduction of the consumption of domestic and business thermal energy.
